We found that the photo was taken in April 20, 2018 when the World Bank Group Chief Executive Officer Kristalina Georgieva and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a new Joint Data Center on forced displacement.
